    A: It can be that you narrowed your search too much. Try to search with a less specific term or increase the distance for your search results.
  • Q: Why do some things not work in my web browser?
    A: This web site should work in all modern web browsers. For some functionality it is necessary that JavaScript is enabled in your browser. See here how to enable JavaScript for Firefox or the Internet Explorer.
  • Q: How do I change the font size of the page?
    A: [PICTURE] Click on the little “A” to reduce the font size and on the big “A” to increase it. You can also use the slider between the two “A” to adjust the size.

  • Q: What kind of information can I find on argbc.ca?
    A: This website is primarily developed to help you identify the most relevant arthritis related resources and where they are available. Some general information about arthritis, ways to improve your health, links to other web sites with detailed information about certain topics such as osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis and contact information for resources that are related to arthritis can also be found here.
  • Q: I know a resource in my neighborhood, but it’s not listed?
    A: We constantly try to improve our service but it is impossible to find and list every arthritis related resource available in BC. We really would appreciate if you inform us about resources that are not listed in the database. You can use our Feedback Form or send an email to feedback@argbc.ca .
  • Q: I found a resource but the phone number/ address/ email/ website is outdated or the described services are no longer provided?
    A: We constantly try to improve our service but it is impossible to keep all resources listed on our database up-to-date. We really would appreciate if you inform us when you see outdated contact information or services. You can use our Feedback Form or send an email to feedback@argbc.ca.
  • Q: How often is the information on argbc.ca updated?
    A: We regularly update the general information on our website and aspire to keep our database as up-to-date as possible and to add any new resources that we find or you find them for us.
  • Q: I am a provider and would like to be listed as a resource?
    A: Please send us a short description about the services you offer along with your contact information to feedback@argbc.ca.
  • Q: Why are some areas password protected?
    A: These areas are password protested to ensure their use by health care practitioners who have achieved basic competency in arthritis management. One of the ways of being considered as arthritis care competent is to attend the Arthritis Continuing Education (ACE) course, “Introduction to the Assessment and Management of Rheumatic Diseases”.
