ACE Program

The Arthritis Continuing Education Program (ACE) is organized by the Mary Pack Arthritis Program and provides learning opportunities for allied health professionals throughout British Columbia.

 

Member Services

ACE members have access to:

  1. Arthritis Clinical Exchange – a free, regularly scheduled telephone discussion on a variety of clinical topics, centered around recent literature of interest to physiotherapists and occupational therapists.
  2. Arthritis Clinical Link Newsletter – published twice yearly, this newsletter provides news, clinical tips, and resources in the field of arthritis and its management.
  3. Clinical Consultation – therapists and clinicians at Mary Pack provide telephone consultation and advice relating to the management of your patients with arthritis.   4. Professional Resources – educational materials are available, such as Power Point presentations and pod casts, as well as treatment approaches used at the Mary Pack Arthritis Program.
  5. ACE Course – “An Introduction to the Assessment and Management of Rheumatic Diseases”, a Skills Workshop for Physiotherapists and Occupational Therapists that is held each year.  Check the events calendar for dates of upcoming courses.
  6. Educational Events Calendar – lists upcoming educational events of interest to practitioners in the field of arthritis care.
  7. ACE Member’s Directory – this listing provides contact information to support the networking of ACE members in the province.
